At Epping Forest Honey Co we’ve been creating a unique blend of lemon infused honey to go along side our wide range of raw local honey. We’ve taken our Essex honey and combined it with organic lemon extract to create a unique product, the result a subtle lemon flavour throughout the honey.
We’re so happy with our lemon flavoured honey and know whoever tries it will be too. Its really selling fast so make sure you get hold of some before we run out!
What can I use the lemon infused honey for?
You can use our lemon infused honey like you would all of our other local raw honey! It tastes amazing on parsnips, perfect on toast and scrummy on porridge. You can also use our lemon infused honey with hot water to help to sooth soar throats when you’re under the weather.
